Each customer will receive a personal phone number to enter into their cell phone or land line as a contact under the speed dial option or voice recognition option.

When the customer want to record, they would dial the number given by speed dial or voice recognition and wait for the recording tone.

Customer would start recording their conversation or information until they finish. Recording will continue until you hang up the phone. No time limit.

You can also use this service with 3-way calling. You must call your personal phone number first and start the recording, then you would call the person you want to talk to and your conversation would be recorded until you hang up the phone.

After you hang up the phone, you will immediately receive an email of a file with the complete voice recording which you can save on your desktop, removable disk, mp3, ipod, CD or any other storage device. This file can also be emailed to other desired parties.
