A: You can have any landline, cell phone or VOIP in order to record conversations using the System of Proof.

Q. Do I need any special equipment or special software to use System of Proof?
A: No… All you need is a phone that can dial our TOLL FREE number or our LOCAL number. You will need an email address in order to retrieve your voice recordings.

Q. Will my recordings be listened to by anyone in your company?
A: No… We do not listen to any recordings. We only route your recordings from your phone thru our system to your email upon completion of your recorded conversation.

Q. Is it legal to record telephone calls?
A: Yes… However, call recording laws vary from state to state. These laws pertain to obtaining either single party (only you, the caller need provide consent) or multi-party consent (all parties on the call need to provide consent) before a call can be recorded. If you are calling from or to a multi-party consent state, then the consent of all parties on the phone is required to record the call. If you are calling from and to a single party consent state, then additional consent is not required. A: You can use the System of Proof to record telephone conversations or as a microphone to record conversations you are personally involved in or record things around you.

A: We will route your recordings from your phone thru our system to your email upon completion of your recorded conversation. We will then store your recordings on our secure servers for up to 10 days from the time of recording at which time we will delete your recording from our system.

Q. Can I download my recordings to my computer?
A: Yes…. You can download you recording to your computer, ipod, mp3 player, CD or any removable disk.

Q. How many hours of recording do I receive with System of Proof?
